Focus Group Details:

• Description: Every merchant knows maximizing approvals of legitimate eCommerce sales is critical, but there's a lot of confusion around what constitutes a good approval rate. In this session, John Venglass, Senior Director of Product and Development at Vesta will draw from the company's decades of experience working with merchants across the globe to discuss how approval rates vary by industry and season, giving attendees clear benchmarks to track against for each quarter. John will also provide actionable insights for how to use machine learning to increase approval rates while preventing fraud and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for their customers.
